What Is A Political Prisoner?
Political Prisoners are people jailed on charges related to their resistance to oppression and repression, and targeted by the state for their political beliefs and/or actions. The contribution their resistance makes to revolution is the basis of their capture regardless of the charges brought under the invalid, racist laws of the U.S. government.
Below is an introduction to 28 US Political Prisoners. Click the card for any of our captured comrades to learn more about them and their case on their own website or at the National Jericho Movement website.
